Our Story

It started with one jar on a rainy night.

Kindled began in a small kitchen in Iloilo City — one pot of soy wax, a secondhand thermometer, and a scent we couldn't stop chasing: ripe mango and warm vanilla, like merienda at Lola's house.

Every candle is still poured the same way: by hand, in small batches, with wicks trimmed and labels pressed one by one. We make what we'd want burning in our own homes — nothing more, nothing less.

Good to know.

How long does each candle burn?

Our 8 oz jars burn 40–45 hours; the 12 oz around 65 hours, and the 4 oz minis about 20 hours. Trim the wick to ~5 mm before each burn to get the most out of it.

What's the best way to do the first burn?

Let the wax melt all the way to the edges of the jar — about 2–3 hours. Soy wax has "memory," so a full first melt prevents tunneling later.

Do you ship outside Iloilo?

Yes! We ship nationwide via J&T or LBC, carefully bubble-wrapped. Shipping is usually ₱100–₱180 depending on your location.

What payment methods do you accept?

GCash, Maya, and bank transfer (BPI/BDO). Cash on pickup is fine too. For deliveries within Iloilo City, COD is available.

Can I request a custom scent?

For bulk orders (20+ pieces), yes — we'll blend and sample a scent with you. For single jars, choose from our current lineup.

What do I do with the empty jar?

Rinse with warm soapy water and reuse it — or return it on your next order for ₱20 off. Kindled jars make good brush holders, planters, and salt cellars.
